Somehow your computer gets jammed up and a screen comes up with a blaring warning message. They say they are microsoft support. You cant do ANYTHING with your computer. Message says to call the number.....then they walk you through the steps to get into your computer to fix it. Then they say you need a new operating system. They will refund you the money you spent when you bought the computer...they then try to "wire" funds to you to then to credit you for the operating system you are supposed to buy. They "transfer" too much money and then want you to pay them back with a cc#. The situation is super stressful and that is how they get you. So far have not lost anything but time. Argh.
