  • Monetary Loss: $99.99
I called what was listed as a Norton phone number. I spoke to Jordan who was not listening to what I was saying to him. He connected me to Mike. In the end I thought I was paying to renew my husband's Norton account. They charged my card $99.99. Two days later his Norton account renewed automatically and I was charged again the cost of $99.99.
