I got a call saying that I owed 500.00$ for a payday loan that I never took out, I was told they had my bank account that it was sent to, my driver's license, and if I decided to fight it that I would lose either way, and that they had seen it several times before, and that I would end up paying over 2,000$ in the end, so I went ahead and made payment arrangements, then I got to looking on the internet and there were several complaints against these people for the exact same thing, so I called them to stop the payments, until they could show me proof that this debt was indeed mine, at least the name of the payday loan establishment, my case advisor was suppose to call me the next day at 11, and I never received a call, now the phone number that is on my receipts is not in service anymore.
