I received a phone call then voicemail from somebody claiming to be from Amazon. They stated they thought there was a false charge of $1,000.00 for an iPhone 12 and needed to call them immediately to resolve the issue.
I called Amazon directly and they said there was no record of the charge or phone call. They suggested I don’t respond and report the incident.
