Bad service

I and my husband returned all equipment to where we were told to return it to and canceled service but because of some error ViaSat never got theirs back and continued to pull out of our account for 6 months when we did not have service or equipment. I called to have this stopped and they said that I had a contracted with them for 18 months which I don't remember seeing or signing,and not they want to charge me another 570.00 for this and equipment. this to me is steal from the elderly. I told them I was writing to let everyone know how they do business is wrong and unfair.
