I ordered some cbd oil as a free trial and I received a email that I was sent another order and that 69.00 plus79.00 for some cream. Only thing is I never received any orders. I told them I didn't receive anything but they told to contact USPS because according to them I got ten days and they took 149.00 from my account. Unfortunately my cell phone deleted all the emails from them, I don't know what to do.

I guess my son and i are joining this group. I have fibromyalgia and ordered Advanceable technologys CBD oil. I thought it would help. it didnt have any effect. I tried to contact several numbers and finally got some hokey woman who proceeded to argue with me about cancelling a subscription i didnt know i had. she did end up returning my money. now my son, who has severe anxiety, is in the same boat. they just took money from his account and he didnt authorize it. STAY AWAY FROM THESE VULTURES!!

I too was taken in by this SCAM! My bank finally reached someone and on the conference call I heard someone tell the bank that the three Billings posted to my debit card were for shipments that hadn't left their warehouse because of technical shipping difficulties,BUT, they still posted against my account.I was told to wait to receive the product, and given a RMA number. Supposedly,I can send the product back and receive a full refund,,it bet that isn't going to happen but I will try it. I also cancelled my debit account and at least they can't post anymore to me! The C.S. representative said this was actually "essential oils", but the shipping notice email came from "advancable technologys" out of Scottdale Az. I guess Live and Learn What else can I do,any suggestions??

There are many reputable CBD oil companies that offer good products through online purchase. You can even order hemp oil in different concentrations on Amazon.

Does anybody recall the company that was advertising. Ours was done through facebook ad. They need to be reported to facebook a lot.

I just ordered the sample of the oil today for $5.75 a couple of hours ago and then I found this site. So I immediately contacted my credit card company explained that I didn't want any further charges from Advanceable Technology. So with the recommendation of the credit card support person I requested a new card with a new number this way I cannot be charged by them in the future. I did allow the $5.75 to go to them and I hope they do send a sample but lesson learned to do a little research before ordering anything online from an unfamiliar company. I do hope the idea of immediately changing your card number helps some of you here from not being taken for a ride.

Wow!! I am not sure what to think. I just came across this page while looking for a way to order a product that I had tried on a trial basis. I sent off for the trial the first week of July and received the product the send week of August. Inside the box there was a bottle of Endo Oil and a small container of Hemp Cream. As with the previous complainant, Robin Pike, my box contained no invoice or paperwork except a sheet of suggested directions. I thought that was a bit odd. I took the oil to both my family doctor and pain doctor and showed them the product. Family doc was against me using it, as where my back doc had no problem with what he saw. Without going into a novel about my pain, I have had 5 back surgeries, I have two neurostimulators ( wires were placed next to my spinal cord that delivers electrical stimulus for pain control), one for thoracic and the other lumbar because my pain area is to large and I did not get good coverage. I am on 40 mg of extended release oxymorphone 2 x a day and 10 mg oxymorphone 4 x a day. This is after years and years of injections and nerve burning, etc. And I still have a large amount of pain. In fact, medicinal marijuana is, I feel, my last resort. I have been using the Endo Oil in two different ways, topical and orally. It has given me a noticable amount of relief that I am wanting to buy a bottle. Because all I had was the name and address of the company, I was searching for how to acquire more, I came across this website of complaints. Because I have seen such an improvment, now I'm confused as what to do?

i and another person ordered from the same company and although neither she nor i were able to reach anyone through the phone number, her credit card company, (Capitol One) did reach them through that very same phone number. we were able to have a conference call with someone who answered their phone. both of us are getting a full refund for the shipping as it was a trial offer and we never received the free trial.

Yes....just like the others I have been scammed. I bought 2 items an oil and a hemp cream for a total of $10.94. I will be notifing my bank of being scammed. Then they'll do their own investigating.

I called and got a RA number but when I sent everything back, it was refused. Now they are using the name "WELLNESS LIFE" to charge my credit card again. Only recourse is to cancel my card.

Is is so sad that people feel the need to capitalize on peoples pain by scamming them. I am like everyone else that made a complaint on this page and I'm sure there are others too!! I found this page three days after I received my bottle only because I thought it was fishy that there was no company information in the box. Usually they try to sell you more of their products once you get the package. I went on to call them and only got a busy sound; sent an email that was undeliverable, did a search online and found this page!! I looked at my bank statement and it gave a different number that didn't work either so I put through a fraud charge and sent the package back to them as "return to sender"; there is no way I'm going to pay a single penny for their scam! I removed my name and address from the label and stuck it in the mail! Just really stinks that I now have to contact all my bills to let them know my credit card number has changed! :-( oh well... better than getting charged hundreds of dollars! Hopefully others on here was able to get their money back by putting in a claim with your bank. So sad what this world has turned into!

I'm with you Patricia. I ordered it and the night I received it I cancelled. So much for 14 day free trial. I was also charged for the cream. A few weeks later I received another package and was charged fir both again fir a total of. 299.96. I got through last week and was told I got a credit back to my account. Oh guess what, no credit. Maybe we should start a class action suit against this company. Anyone know how to do that?

Wish I'd read all of these complaints before I ordered. I called the number listed on the in formation sheet that came with the product and it has been disconnected. They have charged me $5.97 for the cell isolate and $4.97 for the cream. Does anyone have another number to contact them that actually works? I will call my bank to let them know not to accept charges from this company.

Add me to the group of those scammed by these low lives! Luckily for me, my credit card company caught this before I suffered any loss.

As happened to seven others who have already written here, I agreeably ordered a free sample of CBD oil for shipping cost of $5.97 on July 13th. On July 24th, another $79.99 was taken from my account. I called the phone numbers indicated in both debits from my account, as well as the phone number in the initial verifying email. Long holds, voice mails full or, after waiting and getting down to next caller in the queue, the line disconnected as having "timed out." I sent texts to all three numbers advising them to take no more money from my account and letting them know I have received no product from them. I emailed [email protected] twice. Then today, August 10th, I received another email advising me of another $79.99 charge. I immediately emailed, and am now on hold and down to caller # 5 from the original 12 after 25 minutes trying to actually talk to someone. Oh, I forgot, I did get a phone call from a "restricted number" one evening that I didn't answer. They did leave a callback number of 480-771-4580. Would I had actually answered that call, although it is my practice not to answer such calls!!!
