Being scammed.

  • Monetary Loss: $181.00
I was scammed from express for trying to get a refund on an item the seller sent which was totally different from the one in the initial listing. I spent 181.00 the seller sent me a totally different product. I told aliexpress and for 16 hours would not help me upload evidence because the evidence only accepts a space smaller than 1 picture. I have the evidence I showed it to multiple people who would not help me for 16 hours. I showed them and uploaded the evidence through the discussion board because that doesn't have a ridiculously small space that you cant download anything. I was lied to by 3 different employees and it rips off its customers and supports scamming dealers. You have like 3 days to submit the evidence or they automatically support the sellers so that they don't have to give you any money back. I've never been scammed so bad in my life they know I have the evidence, but they don't want it. It states if you have evidence the size of less than a picture it doesn't let you submit it. In which case it automatically sides with sellers even though they were clearly able to see my evidence. Ripped off distraught and furious. All I learned was aliexpress doesn't care what so ever for there customers. Heres the evidence if you look at the original listing the sword I got sent has a blood groove, the ska or hilt is round the one in the listing is square and it doesn't have a blood grove like this one does. the fitting on the scabbard are totally different than the on in the original picture. I will put the original picture to the far right. I have the original listing but your system doesn't let me paste it. Please get back to me asap. I can send you the listing but your site won't let me upload it for some stupid reason. I can provide you with everything evidence proof everything.

I recently purchased a new part for my printer for Aliexpress and the seller Dragon Technology Ltd., I received the part which was defective, used and broken in 2 parts. I been promised a refund but never received one and the companies continue to blame one another. I have outstanding complaints with US Bank, Issscx, Federal Trade Commission, DOJ and one closed complaint with U.S. Customs and many news media agencies. What kind of company is Dragon Technology Ltd. and why haven't any agency stop or blocked their business when they are so many complaints.

  • Monetary Loss: $0
This particular seller (and from buyers feedback I understand that there are many more alike this one on is selling counterfeit (fake) HOYA filters for digital cameras. Unfortunately does not seem to do enough to stop such sellers to continue selling fake products.

I have reported this incident to aliexpress on three occasions and they have ignored my reports.

Please see the attached images and note the fake HOYA logo on the sold product.

It took about two and a half months for me to receive a decision for a full refund from aliexpress, as the chineese seller was extremely non-communicative and non cooperative.
