Never received cell phone

Ordered cell phone online. I never received any receipt of purchase on Jan, 8, 2021. Called Jan. 14, 2021 and had to speak to several individuals to tell them I did not receive phone and cancelled order, but instead they went into system and got my information and generated a sale and sent a receipt to my email. I notice that the price was not what was offered online. I contacted them to cancel but they refused. They then tried to send a second cell phone, however, I did not receive that one either. I contacted them again on Jan. 21, 2021 and said that I wanted my account credited because I never received either phone. They claim that fed ex tried to deliver second phone but no one was home and they left, which was a lie on fed ex's part. Altice is refusing to give me a refund. I told them and my credit card company not to honor the charge and credit card created a dispute and credited my account on Jan.14, 2021. I contacted my credit card company a second time to tell them that Altice is refusing to issue a credit and that I did not want the credit card company to ever accept any charges. They told me that they will support me and not accept anymore charges. The problem is Altice is refusing to give me my credit of $237.70. I have been dealing with Altice since Jan. 14,2021 through Jan.21, 2021 and they want me to contact fed ex. Fed ex is doing a research but I told Altice I am no longer going to be dealing with them and that they are harassing me and trying to force me to have them send another phone, when I told them from Jan. 14,2021 that I will not accept any thing and they need to credit me.
