I was hired as a Store Manager with Fernando Mendes Nolasco and received a DocuSign sent by Melissa Afria to complete my application. After that I received an email from Wendy Moore and a call from her, stating that I will be in contact with her and only followed instruction from her. I received 4 packages for 4 days and needs to send the package to the address that was given and it is inside the box. After completing the job assignment I just received 2 emails from Wendy Moore stating that I need to wait for the next assignment but after that I never received any communication from her including email. I checked all the numbers that i have on my file but all of them are unavailable. And until now I never received any payment from them.

The company's name is AM Smart Sales LLC and the name of the involve person is Wendy Moore, Fernando Mendes Nolasco and Melissa Afria.

I was just recently hired by Am smart sales, inc. so I did receive 4 packages throughout the whole month that I was working. So comes today, February 16, 2018, was supposed to be payday and now I pissed off because I don't have the money like I suppose to have today. And now when I tried to get online to check my account login and it's said that's it's the wrong login/ password so I'm very pissed off. I got a wife and a 7 months old son. Now what's am I supposed to do now? My wife's going to school to study computers and I'm going to look for another job, that's all. Please God help me.

Scammed from Indeed posting my resume

  • Monetary Loss: $2400.00
I received an email about a Stay at Home position as a Store Room Manager. I was very suspect of the position so I called the number listed on the email. The receptionist (so she claimed) answered and explained the position. I even asked how my resume was obtained. She stated they search for qualified candidates on Indeed. I then informed her that I was trying to ensure it was not a scam company. She gave me information and stated they were on the BBB of Texas website. I actually went online to research her information and the company was listed as a new company starting in 2017. I then felt like it was not a scam. (How can a scam be listed on the BBB website)? I then received another call from someone (Melissa Afra) stating she was from HR and she does the final interview. Afterwards, she sent me documents from DocuSign for employment. She stated I would hear from my manager. The so called "manager" Linda Bremmer contacted me a few days later introducing herself stating I would receive 10-15 packages per month. I then questioned the salary again. She assured me it was legit at $2,000 per month, $30 for packages sent the same day after receiving the label. I received a few packages but then every Monday, Linda would call from a "Restricted" number. This is when I began to feel uncomfortable again. Why is she calling from a restricted number? Linda was very responsive. Anytime I emailed her with a question, she would call or email back. Linda stated the salary was paid monthly. When my 30 days was near, I asked her about payroll because my 30 days fell on a Saturday. Linda stated it would be sent on Friday. Friday came, no deposit. I emailed Linda and she stated the funds was sent, it would take 2-3 days to hit my account. Then she proceeded to tell me my pay was $2400.00 including bonus pay. Give it to Monday or Tuesday. Linda then stated Paypal was quicker if I wanted to change my payment method. On Monday, I tried to login to the dashboard because I normally get a call from her or can see a package being sent. I was unable to get into the website. An error message kept coming up. I then got real suspect and decided to Google the company again. This time I saw several scam links. The first time when they contacted me, there was nothing coming up negative about them. Now I see alot of people entering complaints stating they were scammed and all started in November 2017 which is the same time frame I was contacted also. This company AM Smart Sales LLC is a for sure SCAM!!! I am just glad I only spent about $2 getting a box. I already had a printer which they stated they would supply in 30 days if you work well and didn't have one. I hope these people are found and prosecuted to the highest ability. It makes no sense to scam people like this. And Indeed needs to find a way to keep scammers of the website or maybe have a better screening process. These people made themselves look legit by someone being listed on the BBB in Texas website. This is the only reason why I felt they were legit in the beginning.

This company is a scam

I just wanted to share something with you and whoever is running the company or calling the shots on this scam. I have 6 boys. I am a single mother with no income. I have to beg , borrow, and other things I am ashamed to say in order to provide for my kids. Since I signed up with this company and followed through with everything that you've asked of me, I have suffered some major losses. The loss of my kids. Not being able to give them one present at all on Christmas. To top it all off on December 20th I had a near fatal car accident and my only means of transportation is now gone. I really hoped with the money that I would be making from this company that I could get my kids back and my life back together. Knowing that you........Wendy Moore lied to me and had me foolishly believing that this company had integrity and respect for the individuals that ultimately keep it going. I have been battling depression tremendously and seriously considering blowing my brains out and taking my life. I truly have nothing left to live for. And everyday I want you and everybody involved to know that this is all your fault. This feeling of nothingness consumes me so thank u for adding to my misery. I will be forwarding this to social media to be linked to this company and my attorney for the benefit of my kids. After I'm gone my family will sue this company for lost wages and pain and suffering and then through my death they may have peace. I have ties that connect me to the Mason's of Dallas and this will be resolved. I hope u have a wonderful day and life. I sure didn't 😔
