Caller claimed that there was a fraudulent charge on my Amazon account

Monetary Loss: $290.00
Caller advised that someone got into my Amazon Account and bought an IPhone 11 with my credit card, though he didn't say which one. He had me download an app so he could share my screen and then said he would credit my bank account, which didn't make sense. Then he had me log into my Chase Bank account and went into the Express pay and transferred 190.00 out of my checking to an email account. Then he transferred 80.00 out of my savings into my checking and used the quick pay option again. We were having connection issues during the call and we were on the phone for about an hour. He kept telling me to be patient, "it's ok, honey" while he stole my money from under my nose. I should've just hung up and deleted the apps, which I did afterward. He made it seem like he was making a mistake and was going to put the money back. Them he said, I'll call you right back, but didn't. He was working with someone else because he was acting like a call back from a manager.
“Amazon” called (it was recorded message) saying that the item I purchased for $700 was being processed and shipped. If I didn’t purchase I was supposed to hit 1 or call back the number. There is nothing on my Amazon account nor have they ever called me when I’ve made a legitimate purchase.
Someone from Amazon called me and told me someone bought a I-Phone for 499.99.

Someone from Amazon called me and told me someone bought a I-Phone for 499.99. The individual says the person has my information and will continue using my information and I am responsible for further purchases.
I received a phone call from Amazon supposedly when I excepted the call they told me there had been a large charge made to my account from a suspicious address. They asked for access to my computer to ‘fix’ this problem, I grew suspicious and hung up on them
