I was offered a job and given actual tasks. I was considered a real estate assistant with remote working for the time being. I signed contracts and sent them basic bank account and drivers license information. They promised a $2700 bi weekly salary. The day I was due a paycheck they stopped talking to me all together. I reached out expressing my concerns through email, phone calls, and What's App. They claim to be a real estate business with offices in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and parts of Canada. They called me once for an interview but, did not ask me any proper questions about the business. They reached out to me through email. Their website only works half of the time. I quit my job for this.

Scammed By fraudulent company annswood real estate

Monetary Loss: $2700
I was recently offered a position to be a real estate assistant by Marie Solman of Annswood Real Estate. I accepted the position which was said to have a salary of $2700 biweekly 5% commission, full benefits and paid vacation. They did a background check and after that I waited to start my training which started January 11th, 2020. I did do prior research on the company because I had never heard of it before and everything seemed to check out which is why I felt comfortable moving forward with the position. Everything was going alright I did training and everything but the issue started when it was time for me to get paid. I never received my salary and Marie Solman (or whatever her real name is) would not answer any of my text, calls, emails nothing! She appears very sweet and honest but do not fall for this scam. This is NOT. A legit company you and will not be paid! They asked for my ID which of course is normal and later on my routing number so I could be paid. Do not give them any of your information only God knows what they are trying to do with your information.
They reached out with a job offer via email as a real estate assistant. They describe that your salary will be 2700 bi-weekly and other benefits. I started "training" on Jan.11th,2021 and I was suppose to receive my paycheck on Jan. 22th,2021 and I never received it. I haven't heard from them ever since. This is a scam! Whenever you receive an email please report it as a scam.
