I received a letter stating that I owe the Virginian Pilot $12.50 for delinquency of my account. I have not lived at the address listed for seven years after my condo burned to the ground with all of my possessions with it. I have never been contacted by the Virginia Pilot for any correspondence, much less a delinquency and in fact, when I moved back to the neighborhood after two years, I subscribed to the Virginian Pilot again and never did they mention this debt. There is no delinquency on my behalf and would like this taken off of my credit report if listed.

Scammed by Fresno Bee and ARM Solutions
Feb 27, 2021
Monetary Loss: $0
I subscribed to Fresno Bee for over 30 years. Then got too expensive and I let subscription run out. They kept delivering a few months even though my subscription ran out. I got notice from ARM Solutions, a collection agency saying I owed $123.30. I called. They insisted I had to pay even though I hadn’t subscribed. They let me pay $64 and said it’s settled. Now I receive another bill from ARM stating it is not settled. I must pay $59.30 more. It is not legal to make me pay for services I did not ask for. And why did Fresno Bee tell me they would clear it with the collection agency?. I have never before been referred to a collection agency. This is illegal and they are playing me for a fool. Please assist with this matter
