Ring damaged when received

Ordered a personalized ring, it came to me missing a stone. I replied to the email that stated my order was on the way & have been emailing with arshirly employees. They won't issue a return label because shipping costs are too high. They only want to "compensate" me 10% of the price. That is unacceptable
