Hello, I am writing to inform you that Best Buy has documented that I picked up an item in store yet I did not. I placed and online order with Best Buy to pick up at a local store. The store tried to sell me a damaged item. I requested to speak with a Store Manager who tried to justify it. I demanded that the item be shipped to me. The manager stated that they placed the shipment order and provided a confirmation receipt. However, I saw on my account that the order was marked as picked up. I contacted customer service and noone would assist me in correcting his issue not even the managers. I contacted corporate and they did not assist me in correcting this. They did not make a report also. I have not received this item and have the proof of receipt confirming it yet Best Buy still has on record that I picked up the item. I am reaching out to law enforcement as well.

Monetary Loss: $129.98
I applied for year membership, I was told that visit charge would be reduce to $81.00 per visit, after a month of dispute, I have now a written receipt that claimed that they did $49,98 of work. I feel that I am being charge twice. They keep saying I am not be charge twice, If they are charging $81,00 per visit then WHY I am being charge extra to do work. You mean I am paying to step in to my apartment extra for touching my computer>
1ZA407020357XXXXX UPS send this package to wrong address, but Best Buy deny refund me. I submit two documents, one order have two packages, one is wrong signature, the other one is correct, if you can call UPS, they will give you correct proof of delivery address.
