Paid to have a tutor help with homeswork, when it was time they advised me "Micheal fell ill they could give me a new tutor for a price. I asked for my money back and was advised if I paid 200.00 because they can't make a refund under 500.00 and if I gave my bank info they would take care of it

I register for the service after agreeing on the service I paid the money after that they are asking for more money which not included. To the service I retract the service the same day and they told me they won’t refund and after I contact the different person they told me they will refund me and now I’m still waiting but I haven’t received any
