I’m assuming I got scammed as well. No tracking number, no email, no phone number. What a shame, the quilt was a gift to my autistic son.

I ordered a quilt from them thru a fb ad (should have known better) for my autistic son... No tracking info, no phone #, no email (at first).. After finally being able to use their email link, I demanded tracking Info, "Alice" sent me an email with tracking info thru a company called SF Express (based out of China). After a couple days I tracked my order and it says "delivered" HA what a joke... I emailed them again and again ALICE emails me back to tell me the order was delivered.. Um you are trying to tell me that u shipped me a quilt from Shanghai to Virginia, US in 2 days? No I don't think so. I again emailed them back letting them know I was fully aware that they were fraudulent and no response... COMPLETE SCAM! I was told by Quilt Lovers page on fb that they were based out of California.. Also on my tracking info beside where it said "delivered" was a contact number, so I googled the number and it came back to an auto parts co. In China.

I received this message through Facebook when I asked about returning defective item: No response from their email address: [email protected]
"We are really sorry for this inconvenience.
All orders are processed within 7-10 business days. You will receive your order anywhere from 7-15 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not the date the order is placed.
Actually our factory is in China, and if you want to return the item, you have to pay for the shipping cost. It takes time and money to return to us. So please keep the quilts and send to your sister as a late gift for her birthday and accept the code HAPPY BOG for the next order. Thank you for your comprehension.
Best regards"
