Scam site advertising through Facebook

Ordered a quilt from a Facebook ad from Block of Gear. After a week with no shipping notification, I attempted to track my order on their site. Their order tracking was down so I sent an email. No response. Next day tried to track my order again, and the site still wasn’t working. Being suspicious, I searched ‘block of gear reviews’ and not happy that I learned they are a scam site. Shame on Facebook as their are several complaints about the site but they continue to allow them to advertise. This was a good lesson to always research a site before placing orders. Again, a scam site and do not order and provide any financial data.

This website STOLE a copyrighted image designed by the artist Maia Waye. They are not only a scam but thieves and liars. What they stole from her amounted to cash she earned but will never see. They stole this center image from her Facebook or Etsy page!

I'm an artist creating who does paintings of dogs and cats. Block of Gear is USING my original artwork without permission. they have several of my pieces of Great Danes, Boxers, lots of my Corgi art, and MORE on use of their so called quilts and other products. I have repeatedly reported them to FACEBOOK/SHOPIFY.. but, they simply open another FB business page with a different name. Most trace to a "" website. the FB pages say they are usually from Vietnam, Ukraine, and Panama. That is all that is known. They are taking my income from me which cannot begin to be estimated, by selling BOGUS items using MY original art!

I ordered a blanket for $87 received a confirmation that the order had been received but has yet to receive the blanket or the tracking number. In reading reviews now it looks as if no one has been getting their orders and that this was a scam. Wishing I would have researched first before ordering now. I will def think twice about these ads on Facebook!
