Scammed out of 19.95
Nov 25, 2019
Monetary Loss: $19.95
Suppose to have won iPhone 11 and was to pay 1.00 on Nov 24,1919. My account was debited 19.95 which was not authorized. I want my money back, but suppose that probably won’t happen.
I was sent an email and it said I had won a IPhone 11 pro and all I had to do was fill out a survey and pay a $1.00 for shipping and/ processing fees. When I checked my account they deducted $49.95 from my account and I did not authorize this withdrawal from my account for two reasons # 1 I never finished the process to be able to authorize it and #2 I'm also on disability and have a set amount of income coming in and I can't afford to have anyone steal from me. So I wont a full / complete refund of my money immediately.
Received promotional email offering a phone for $1.00 for being loyal customer of tv service co. But a charge of $2.00 appeared on my credit card and website disappeared before i could finish the survey.
