Received an email for an iPhone 11 free. Opened it and my debit card has been charged multiple times. I sent an email on the website to cancel my debit card but it hasn’t been done. On the website, I tried to cancel account but it does not give you the option. I will be contacting the better business bureau.

On my November and December 2019 bank statements there were debit charges in the amounts of $19,95 and $4.95 for each month. These are unauthorized charges as I have never heard of this company. I have tried call but the message is to e-mail the concern. However, the e-mail listed is an invalid one!

I was offered an iPhone 11 for a dollar that should've been a red flag but it seemed legit!!! I did not give them permission to take any money besides the $1 it said I had to pay! It then sent me into completing surveys!! Since I didn't have the time to do the surveys I just canceled everything!! Apparently not cause it keeps taking money off my card at least once a week!!! So now I had to cancel my card and go through the inconvenience of not being able to access my money until I receive my new card!!! I believe budgetics.com should be responsible for all my late fees for not getting my bills paid on time!!!!
