I replied to an email ( supposedly ) from Monster Energy's hiring manager, John Lorenzo, telling me I have been selected to have my vehicle wrapped with their logo. I was sent a cashier's check for 1,980.00 . The instructions said I was to deposit it in my account, keep 300.00. I was to send 1,550 to another party in NV.

Ad on Facebook for car wrap by Rock-Star. I contacted them, they approved me and said they would mail me a check for 1850. I was to cash that check and keep 300 and send them the rest. They threatened me with arrest if I didn't cash it within 24 hours. I figured it was a scam and didn't cash it and told them I was reporting them. They haven't responded back.

Mark Curtain sent a text on my husbands phone about paying $400 a week to have a wrap put on my car doors to advertise Cricket Wireless. They sent me a check for $1980.00 and I deposited it. Two days later I was told to take out $1580.00 and money gram $1000.00 to a Ward Johnie in Athens, Georgia. Luckily I got a bad feeling about it and was able to stop the money from being intercepted and was able to put it back in my account. I called Cricket Wireless and they said it was a scam and that they do not advertise with car wraps. The check came from this address, Honeywell International 19019 North 59 Ave Glendale AZ 85308
