I bought the box of 18 LOL dolls for my daughter as a Christmas gift. They arrive after Christmas and the box was already torn up. The outside box looks real looks like the tore it open and put in the fake dolls. All the dolls are fake with visible screws in the back. In addition the head is soft and the neck were swelled like diseased babies. The dresses had no color and paint on some of the eyes smeared. Most definitely cheap fake ones.

I emailed their sales office ([email protected]) but they will not refund. This is a Chinese company selling fake goods. STAY AWAY!!!

Mid November 2017 I placed an order for 1 Flutterbye Flying Fairy. I immediately got a response from them thanking me for my order, #178054. They hyped up their company as being the best worldwide. NOT TRUE!! I contacted them 3x in Dec. 2017, and 1x in Jan. 2018. I even sent a letter to the address indicated at their website. I rec'd it back last week as insufficient address, unable to forward. I checked it out on-line and there is no such address. I have not yet sent back the product, thought I needed an RMA number first. I found another address of 5360 NW 174th Dr., Miami Gardens, Fla. 33055, and was going to send them another request for an RMA number. However, I will email them first and see if I get a response. I have contacted the BBB in Florida, who has tried numerous times to contact this company. I just saw the association stated by another disappointed, frustrated customer which is, Captex Distributors, LLC. Being on a fixed income I am requesting a refund for this product. I have many emails and BBB documents, too many to attach. I can, however, fax or mail, or possibly attach to an email? The BBB also informed me that I can contact the attorney general of Florida.

I ordered what I thought to be a fingerling but what I received was a Case Scene Funny Monkey that doesn’t work. I was charged on 10/30/2017 and didn’t receive my package till January. I have tried to contact this company with no success. I Want to be refunded my money.

I am not able to contact them. Phone number is out of order. Won’t answer my emails. Flutterbye is a piece of junk and does not work. Do not want a replacement because it is horribly put together. Want a refund.

on 12/3/2017 I ordered 2 Flying Fairies for Xmas presents. I tried to cancel the order on Dec. 23 when they did not arrive. I received them on 1-27-18. The box was damaged and they were stuffed in backwards. They do not work and are not what I expected. They want me to pay to send back to China and will let me know if it arrives within 30 days if I am eligible for refund. It took 8 weeks to get to me. The quality is not what I expected. I cannot give these as gifts. They charged my Credit Card on 12-3-17. I just want a refund!

Ordered LOL dolls. They are clearly fake. The dolls have screws in them. Fake dolls, fake clothes, no accessories, fake pamphlets. They have a strong chemical smell. They would not make good on their sale of clearly fake dolls. I threw them away. I was afraid to have them around due to the strong chemical smell.

I got scammed by Casescene. Went to Post Office to return the hazardous product manufactured from China by Casescene the Flying Fairy. The address that they gave me does not exist according to the Postal Service. Fake address of Casescene 5360NW 174 Dr Miami, FL 33255. The President Of Casescene is Richard Jones and the phone 18002536814 not returning your call.

I ordered the Smart Windshield Cover November 15 and they just came now and they are crap! First of all, there's no magnets as claimed in the ad, only little bitty suction cups so that's false advertising. Second, it is not long enough to cover the windshield from one side to the other. Third, it is made with such thin, flimsy materials that there's no way it can withstand heavy layer of snow. There's no return policy and no address for the company! I opened a dispute with Paypal!

I ordered 8 Fingerlings from Casescene on October 12 for $95.00 with the hope of them being Christmas presents for grandchildren and other relatives. Waited and waited. Contacted Casescene - 'they are shipped.' Two months later we receive the package. They are NOT Fingerlings! They are Casescene brand Funny Monkeys. I'm still waiting on replies to my emails. I'll call today and demand an explanation. By the way, I'm still receiving their emails advertising their products. Imagine me buying anything from them!

I have also ordered 2 of the fingerlings monkeys from back on October 10 2017. Still no product sent, and have tried several times to find out what is going on with my order #111963. Still cannot get any response.. This website is a horrible SCAM!! I have asked several times for a refund, and still no response.. This fraudulent company needs to be tracked down, and held responsible for stealing thousands if not millions of dollars from all of us who have been SCAMMED.. IF WE ALL MAKE A POLICE REPORT TO THE MIAMI DADE POLICE DEPT. it may be possible to catch these thief's from ripping off many more people..

I also ordered the "cute little monkeys" on October 24,2017 it said to allow 4 to 6 weeks. My order says it is still being processed. I don't think they have them. I'm out $84.95 also. Very disappointed. I will not buy from them again. Also you can't contact them, although they say you can. They really need to be put out of business. Or at the least have good communication with the buyers.

Well, as with others, I have been scammed by Case scene, and their Fingerling sales. This is to update previous complaint. A little back ground: Back in October I purchased 6 Fingerlings. Total order $84.95. After doing research, I was convinced these are knock-offs from China. So I cancelled my order. Due to the fact that my order had not shipped, I was able to cancel the order, but would have to let them keep my shipping fees that I had paid, as per case scenes rules. It took several threatening Emails, but I finally got an email in return stating that my order had been cancelled, and that the funds had been released on their end, and would be in my account in 5-7 business days. That was 18 days ago. I have started a claim with my bank. My bank is on top of it, and are returning my funds to me, and they are going after Case Scene. I am now going to complain on every business forum I can find on the internet. Also, everyone please file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. See here:

I ordered the whole set of fingerlings for my granddaughters for Christmas,over 6 weeks ago. I keep sending emails but they won’t respond. This is over $80.00 they charged my credit card. I can’t believe Facebook doesn’t monitor who advertises on their site! So disgusted with Case scene!

I Ordered a fingerling on Oct 22, 2017. I have yet to receive my item. My order has gone through my bank acct has been Debited but says it has not yet shipped. I sent an Email to them December 5 wanting to know what's going on.  I still have yet to hear back.  Please DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

I ordered the Magical Flying Fairy for a Christmas gift on 11/18/17. They took the money immediately. I never received the email confirmation with tracking number from the company. I called the 800 number on their website and got a voicemail to send requests to the email address. I sent the email and have not heard a word from them. After researching, they have an F rating with the BBB and many many complaints for the same issues. I pulled up the address from the website on Google maps and it is a small house in FL. These people operate under different names and are advertising products all over Facebook and Instgram who knows where else. They are scamming people everyday. I am trying to dispute my charge now. People please beware. These people are scammers. I wish I had read reviews before I placed my order.

I ordered 2 fingerlings on October 8th. Today 11/30 I just checked my tracking number (before it just stated that it was processed by a facility in China on 11/10) that it was received in a facility in NY. Their customer service has never responded to my inquiries, but I am hopeful that I receive my product in a few days. However, the site should warn costumers that it will take two months to receive their order. I will not be ordering from this site again!

I ordered 2 Fingerlings for my grandchildren on October 18th. Got scammed like everyone else. No reponses to e-mails or phone calls. How do you report them to Face Book to get them off of their site. Awful, just awful, they are dealing with children and just don't care. SCAMMERS!!

When there was no reply via phone, email , or Case Scene customer service for the fingerlings I ordered, I filed a claim with PayPal. After a couple weeks, I contacted PayPal again. They "escalated" my claim which means that they contact the seller. Based on the seller's reply is how PayPal reacts. Well even PayPal didn't get a reply. PayPal gave me a full refund. Thank Goodness I ordered using PayPal.

I ordered the fingerlings on October 24th and never have heard from them. I have emailed them,called them and recording says to email that they cant be reached by phone! This is a total scam!! I want my money back! They are still sending emails for products and still showing up on facebook, THEY NEED TO BE STOPPED!!

Banks don't just do a charge back. There is a proper process, and a claim, etc. Not as easy as one might think, because it basically would involve an institution reaching in and grabbing cash from another institution...It doesn't work that way. Paypal would be more helpful than a credit card company or bank I think. Correct me if I am wrong.

The biggest reason I cancelled my order was the fact that this is most likely a Chinese knock-off, and not the real deal. The manufacturers of Fingerlings say that Case Scene is not a distributor of the Fingerlings. To follow up on my complaint, I sent a 3rd Email, informing the company of my Legal rights, a copy of my receipt, and my intentions of filing a lean against their financial assets. I received an Email telling me they have released my funds for refund within 12hrs. It may take a week for all the involved financial institutions to get that money back to my account, but hopefully it is on its way. We shall see. I am not playing. Being disabled, I have little income, and less patience for scammers. Maybe I am wrong about this company, but I answered an ad that said they were fingerlings. My receipt shows the product as "Funny Monkeys" Bull shit! I ordered Fingerlings. I will update this if I get my funds. Also, I likely forfeited my shipping...good scam to keep money for doing nothing!! To be cont.....

I ordered 3 in October and my credit card was charged within an hour...i NEVER received the confirmation email with order number and tracking info and have never received the toys. I tried emailing the customer service team and havent heard back a word! Meanwhile I am getting emails from them every day wanted me to order other products...NO WAY!!! So today I filed a dispute with my credit card company explaining how this site is probably a scam. Hopefully they will reverse the charge! Good Luck!

I ordered 2 Fingerlings Monkey toys which they advertised on FaceBook. Purchased them through PayPal and cost me $45.90. They were Christmas gifts for my granddaughters. When I go to the site to track them, it says Not Shipped Yet. It has been over a month and still has not shipped. I've sent 4 emails and no response. I called the phone number on their site and all it says is, "Please call your customer service representative", over and over then disconnects!! Filing a dispute through PayPal, but in the meantime, I'm out $45.90, and have to find the toys somewhere else and pay for them again.
