I cancelled my free trial. They charged my debit card anyway. When I asked for my refund they said they would close my account and give me back half my money.

I have called and emailed and canceled the account rite after the free trial and was still charged 4 months after it was canceled.

I was given the free trial of there service, before the time was up I called and cancelled the service and I'm still getting charged

This company keeps charging my card and i did not ever give them permission to do so

Scam to get unauthorized payments

we signed up for the $1 free trial and after 7 days we were billed $39.95 for two months. We called them and realized we had at time of signing agreed to this on goining monthly charge my Bad. Called and the company agreed to reimburse us for 1 month not the two and we cancelled subscription. Well subscription eas never canceled by the and we again our billed for two months. Called and the offered no explanation for why we got refund and explained new charges claiming we never canceled. This is a scam that allows them to continue billing you after you cancel.... bad business practice and could speak with no other person higher up in company. when requested was put on hold for 45 min and then disconnected...

I was scammed as well, called and they gave me a few months free. They refuse to give the money back ugh...

$39.90 was taken from my account WITHOUT my permission at 3:31am, on 11/11/2017 from card number ending in 4392 and I want my money back now at . I don't even know what this stuff is!!! Reporting this to the law right now!! Put my money back and do not touch it again.

i have been scammed by these people 4 's they owe me around 100.00 $. I did mot ask for these people and do not wish for them to take any of my money. inhave tryed to contact with no luck. Lexington Law has been working on my score for awhile I wish someone could figure this out!!!!
