Craigslist Scammers

Sent payment in full using ebay gift cards as I believed I was dealing with ebay. Turns out, I was not. The boat registration number is NY 6422 UZ. That should provide a way to track who owns the boat.

He was to give me a personal loan but kept asking for fees then would ask me for favors but once I told him no more he said he didn't want to give me a loan anymore and even had someone pretending to be an FBI agent telling me to finish with the loan process and that he was trustworthy.

I thought I was buying a 2007 Hyundai Sante Fe from a lady that said was her husbands that had died and she need to get sell the car so she could move on. She said she was going to use ebay and that I would receive an email from ebay. The ebay email told me to buy One Vanilla prepaid card to pay for the vehicle and call them and give them the number. I did that and I got any email from the lady and said there was not any money on the cards. I looked up the cards online and a purchase was made from JM Bullion.

Replied to a Craigslist for a J D Tractor for $2525. An 07 model 3038e. They replied on email that they were in the service going overseas March 5th and wanted me to pay with paypal.

I was on Craigslist searching for a car and I came across a Cadillac escalade for $3,300. It was too good to be true and I couldn't pass that sweet deal. So I took the lady's information n contact her through her email the next day. She told me that the price has been reduced to $3,300 because she need to sell it by February 28th because she's leaving with her unit Brigade Combat Team back to south Korea. Then she asked me if I was interested to give her my full name, phone number, and a shipping address. So I did and she told me that amazon will contact me shortly after she forward them my contact details. And they did giving me step by step how to make a payment. Payments where made using Money gram. The first payment was a down payment of $2500 dollars for the vehicle. Then she emailed me and told me that amazon received the payment. The second payment was $2500 for insurance on the shipment Ms. Anderson told me that the insurance will be $5000 because the vehicle is valued over $10,500 and is being sold for $3,300. She said that she had to pay $2500 and for me to do the same she said we both will receive the money back once shipment was received. Amazon is the third party who's supposedly the ones receiving the money. Amazon told me that the will put a hold on the money to release to Anderson until vehicle was received to me. Then they told me that I have up to five days to make up my mind if I want to keep the vehicle or not. If I didn't want the vehicle Anderson was going to pay for shipment to get back to her. After the last payment was made Anderson emailed me and told me that amazon has received the insurance payment and that amazon will contact me and begin the shipping process. After all emails stop and never heard from amazon. I just want my money back I lost my car in the process trying to get another one and all that money wasn't mine it was borrowed. What should I do?
