I am getting text message and phone calls from all over the country about Craigslist post items that are for sale. My buddy posted a car for sale and put in my number (he has since taking the number down) ever since I’ve been getting these calls and text messages and it needs to stop. My number is *******
Somebody is using my drivers license as a contact for scamming people out of deposit money for rental property in different states. They are on Craig's List. that's about all I know about them. People have contacted two of my sisters and me for information, we can't give them any. I don't know for sure if it's them
My girlfriend and I rented a cabin through Craigslist and we made the payment received a receipt. We realized there wasn't a code for the box for keys given to us but when we reach out via email they won't respond and I called the cabin places number and they told me there is no record of us in the system

She answered my ad and said she would buy my table and chairs for my asking price of $500 but she is out of town and asked me to hold for an extra $50. Next she said she wanted me to remove the ad and some other details which sounded very strange. When I googled her name, I see she or he has be marked as a scammer. Beware of this person and never give anyone bank info or money until transactions are complete.
I went into craigslist in search of a golf cart. Found one for $800 from Jessica Batton. Thought it was a great deal so started the transaction. She wanted me to buy eBay gift cards to purchase the golf cart. I sent the gift card voucher numbers via email to an eBay email address. They validated the numbers right away. The next day they told me I needed to pay another $600 for insurance and delivery. That’s when I got suspicious and told them I wouldn’t pay anymore. I haven’t heard from them again.
