  • Monetary Loss: $30
This company supposedly pays amounts owed to other companies for you, however the money I released to them did not as of this date get to the company it was intended for. The address for doxo, inc. is 2025 First Ave., Ste. 270, Seattle, WA 98121. Software-by Zendesk. The money was for Fingerhut, 6250 Ridgewood Rd., Saint Cloud, MN 56303. I spoke with them today and have not as of today received the payment. Total taken from my account $28.99 by 6/23/2016. If needed I have e-mail from doxo ,inc. on payment to Fingerhut is scheduled and they never received payment as of 7/6/2016.

Scammer Organization

This company posed as a legitimate organization to pay my medical bill and took me from the legitimate site, lifted the logo and everything, and was convincing enough to collect my credit card information to make a payment on my behalf.

After not being able to log in to the provider's site with the credentials I had just created, I suspected I was scammed. I confirmed that I was indeed scammed when I received confirmation emails from doxo about receiving my financial information.

I was able to track down Doxo Customer Support at (206) 319-0097. If you press 9 during the call it will take you through their phone directory of extensions:
24 - Laura Torres
26 - John Crews
82 - Adrian Novak
3696 - Provider Support --- I got a live person on this extension and was able to cancel my transaction

Let this company know if you don't provide live support and act like a scam, you will be treated like one. They obviously don't want to interact live....why is that? "walks like a duck..."

I have been scammed by Doxo Third Party Payment System

  • Monetary Loss: $63.00
I supposedly paid $63.00 via debit card through "Doxo" to DeKalb County Water Department in the State of Georgia on 9/21/16. My bank account clearly shows
Doxo debited my account the $63.00 but never sent the money to DeKalb County where I was faced with a disconnect notice and had to personally go an remake the payment along with a late fee. I have tried time and time again to contact them via email as they HAVE NO PHONE SERVICE and they refuse to respond. These guys are blatant thieves. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY!!! I've asked time and time again for proof of payment to my utility and they have steadfastly refused to provide a receipt. I can't submit files because the involve my bank account and while I'm stupid enough to trust these bastards I'm not stupid enough to publish my bank records. CROOKS ALL THE WAY!!!!

Doxo scam paying electric bill online

Went online to Gulf to pay my electric bill, just like every month. Got redirected to doxo with an explanation that Gulf Power no longer takes payments and is now going to a 3rd party. Paid $200 plus another $7 for using a card online, and when we got home, our power had been shut off. We have a 3-year-old and we came home to a house that was 97 degrees. Not cool. Gulf Power claims to not have any affiliation with this company. If so, why are they listed on their website as their 3rd party payment processor?
