We ordered dresses from their website, Dresslily.
They did not send our order and we paid for it to be shipped faster within 5-7 days. Then when we tried to send messages to inquire about the order...they did not respond to any messages. They are also on Facebook and it appears many are having the same exact issue.

Ordered some christmas items early November. I ordered Christmas paintings, floor mats, and chritmas lights. All amounted to approx $159.00. Never recieved email confirmation. Business phone #s were no good. No way to contact these people. Sent several emails no response. Needless to say some of my order finally arrived i received from China I got 2 boxes of broken lights out of 3. They looked used. Fadded paintings not in a frame very poor quality. Nothing like showed In advertisement. From this order I never revieved my floor mats or my door decoration. I did get an invoice showing half my order. No word if anything else was on the way. I can't return or talk to anyone about my conplaint so that's whybI am contacting BBB. Hope something can get done with this fake website Dresslily.com
