Scam attempt by Kathy R. Wilson
I messaged Credit auto sales through FB Marketplace in regards to a Gold Wing trike for sale for $2000.00 (price is a red flag) and was given [email protected] to contact.
A reply came from [email protected] saying she was a military nurse being deployed on the "6th of next month". She updated the price to $1200.00 and said it belonged to her late husband.
I indicated my interest and she sent pics attached (which I did not click on) and requested my full name, address and phone number so that eBay could arrange to ship the trike. I gave her info and received an email from "eBay Motors" (email address [email protected] customer-protections-vpp-inc.com with) a PDF file of instructions attached (I didn't open it). This is the same type scam as reported here with the address [email protected]
I will forward the emails with attachments at request of reportscam, but I won't risk downloading them to upload here.

Tried to use the 2020 Ebay Motors Scam Again
2008 Honda Accord for $800 was posted on Facebook Marketplace. When an inquiry was made there, an email address [email protected] was given to inquire about more details for the sale. Amelia attempted to make the sale without allowing the car to be viewed in person, without providing the VIN number so I could request a car fax and mentioned that it had to be sold through EBay Services. Before making an agreement or giving her any of my information, I ran a Google search for her name and email address finding this site with previous reports for the same scam back in 2020. Please be warned that Amelia is using the same scam, different story (husband died and she's trying to sell the vehicle quickly), but she used the same email address. If a deal looks too good to be true, at least research it before exchanging information and money.
