I have been scamed by E-Bay tranactions
I was looking at a 2003 Mustang Covertible, I called on it and the man said he was selling the car for his mother. So I texted Susan Lopez and she said she was divorced and didn't need the car. So I sent a moneygram of 1,900 which cost me 160 to send. \then the next morning I get this email telling me that the car was estimated at almost 5000.00. That when the car was delivered 3-9-2016 at four pm. So I sent another 1,000 which they said was refundable when the car was delivered. ell I filed a complaint with Mohave County Sheriff's office. The case number is L814222.They have the copies of everything I had on the people. The last money order reference number is 77175269. They picked the money up at Café. Then when I called the number I gave you won't answer the phone again.

Scammed thinking I was buying a vehicle
I went through Craigslist to purchase a vehicle. I found a person willing to sell a 2003 Nissan Sentra GXE. This person said that everything was handled through eBay, with a buyer protection plan and whatnot. So through our correspondence I received an invoice from what I thought was eBay, paid with 4 prepaid visa cards. When the vehicle was never delivered I called the phone number and was promptly disconnected. I searched for eBay's customer service number and was told by a real customer service representative that I indeed was scammed. Now I am trying to get my money back.

I have been scammed by Tyler Jones aka Terrell
I was contacted by this individual through eBay. He wanted to trade shoes and since I've done this before, I didn't think anything of it so we made an agreement. He called me the morning of March 14th, 2016 stating that he had shipped out the shoes he wanted to trade mine for. He sent me a tracking number and all, so thinking it was real, I went ahead and sent my package. He received my package and I have not received mine (I was supposed to receive it March 17th, 2016). The total expenses I lost is $260 altogether. I have his signature that was retrieved at the post office. I have his email, address, and phone #. I've reported this incident to his local police department and has not been helped. I even contacted the post office located in his area to hold the package because the morning of March 16th, 2016 I realized I was being scammed and wanted my package sent back to me. I still haven't heard back from the post office neither. I don't know what the next step is!

Scammed by Laressa S Williams via Ebay
Laressa scammed me via eBay by purchasing the item on eBay and never paying me after I shipped the item. They have now received the item and no payment has been received.
They have sent fraudulent emails disguised as PayPal saying I received payment from them worth $300, even though the item was $150 value. Laressa then followed up harassing me on email saying she paid Paypal and worried since I have not shipped. The fake Paypal account confirmed all identical details of Item # and purchase order. This was my first time using Ebay and Ebay confirmed item had been sold.
Item sent March 15, to realize March 16 morning payment not received according to Ebay and that the item was not to be shipped as this was a case of fraud by the buyer.
Value of item $150. Shipping was $35.02

Attempted scam by either William Watson or David O'Neal
I advertised a small tractor for sale on E-Bay. This man called and said he wanted to buy the tractor for $1700.00. He never asked about condition or anything. I asked if he would like to come see it and he declined because he was out of state and it would have to be shipped. He refused to give me a shipping destination but said he would send a cashier's check including the shipping charges. I agreed to those arrangements and asked for the shipping destination so I could learn the costs. He refused to give me an address. Yesterday I received a cashier's check in the amount of $3200.00. This morning he emailed that he knew I had received the check because he had verified it's delivery. He pressed me to deposit the check that he said would take 24 to 48 hours to collect the funds. He said he knew he was sending overpayment for shipping and said I could send him the balance by check. I knew by that time that it was a scam so I carried the check to my banker and during our talk he had a copay of the check made and the copy was embossed in several places "void".
