I needed to fax some papers and went on eFax so I could fax from my computer. I download and try to fax, but nothing would go through.
I called and spoke with Egan. He gave me instructions to fax a different way. I tried and still no luck. I told him I wanted to cancel and not to bill me. Of course my next statement had the charge of 16.95. I called and they said my account was still active and the had a no refund policy. I asked to speak to a supervisor. The "supervisor" told me that there was no way they could refund my account. I asked for his name and he said it was AL W.
I asked him to close out my account. Let's see if I'm charged next month! Very unprofessional customer UNcustomer friendly company.
