Scammed by First Crown Firearms

  • Monetary Loss: $257.80
I went to their web page and place an order for small pistol primers. They wanted to be paid by VENMO. I paid them with my VENMO account. I got a chat followed by a text message that said their VENMO account had received too much money and they had to change it to another receiver "SOPHIE-ROSE". I called the number (above) and asked to speak to the owner. An asian voice answered that he was the owner, and said the SOPHIE-ROSE was legitimate. I cancelled the VENMO to First Crown and sent Susie thew money. A few hours later, I got an email stating my account was set up and the primers were being shipped via "Fast Flight Trans Express" and a tracking number of *****. Expected delivery 4/30 and I had to accept delivery with proof of my ID. 4/30 came and went-- no delivery. I attempted contact with Fast Flight and only got a voicemail. I contacted First Crown and learn I had to pay an additional $350 as a "refundable insurance clearance fee". I figured this as a real scam -- albeit well done with web page, shipping info etc., and didn't send them any more money.

Ordered one bottle, received six. Returned immediately, no refund and it’s been almost two months. Cannot reach anyone via phone. Nearly impossible to find email to correspond with scammers. Now they are charging my credit card $29.95 each month for zero products and/or services. Now the hassle of disputing and removing charges from my credit card.
