Scammed by a website that sent a totally different item
So I saw an advertisement for a kitchen shelf I had been wanting. It was on sale temporarily and you paid a small price with shipping. And what I got was NOTHING like what I ordered!

Firsder.com is fraudulent and a scam
Purchased 2 home gyms. By the photos and the description, they were BossBody 2.0, the product description is bi-fold hardened plastic, measuring no less than 11.20 inches x 18.80 inches x 4.70 inches disassembled weighing approximately 15 pounds, MSRP is about $179 USD for one kit. They claim that it was delivered almost 3 months after being ordered, but I have yet to receive it. The tracking number they gave me states that it was delivered into my community keyed mailbox, but a package of that size doesn't fit in those boxes, also I have not received anything with the tracking info they have provided. A postal carrier would have had to hand deliver it, or leave a note to pick it up. Neither has occurred, I was home all day on the supposed date of delivery. All links to my order and the item itself within the email have been deleted, error 404, not found. Attached are photos of the products I ordered, as well as confirmation email from the company. Notice the photo used to represent the product is also attached separately within the detailed photos. I have repeatedly requested a refund, and for the order to be cancelled via email chain originating from email receipt. I have had correspondence with several people, all requesting my patience and more time to receive said product, but not once compliant or acknowledging an option for a refund. The final email infoming them that their claims that my order was delivered, are flase has not yet heeded a response.
