On Aug24,2017 I contact frontier service spoke to James for new services.He offered me internet and long distance internationally for $59.99 per month and he will send the equipment 3 to 4 business day.Equipment never arrived more than the week.He took my credit information.company technician came for installation I never requested.After installation internet not working phone line not working I call again they send somebody to fix the problem never got fixed.One lady contacts me about bill says I call internationally bill is over $1000.00 I said why James offer me an unlimited call to India and Canada plus internet for$59.99.She did not listen to me and using f-word to me when I ask her to disconnect service.Now send me the bill for $2,451.97 I disconnect within one month because they offer over the phone to cheat customer and they do not provide their correct name.Action to be taken these kind company making the false contract over the phone.

I had a appointment for an install and no call no show

Monetary Loss: $120
I took a day off work to get my cable install and list a 120 dollars in pay and they don't want to compansat for loss day of wages.
Frontier bought out Verizon approximately 5 years ago. I pay $59.99 per month for "high speed internet", which is a farce,because we might get 2GB. Our computers are slow, we're unable to stream movies or shows through hulu or netflix, and xboxlive. I have looked into other internet providers, ie:, Comcast, and was told there's a problem with wiring. I have been told that families just around the corner from us get Comcast. I Dont't understand why this issue can't be resolved. Thank you for your time and attention. Beth Ann Knox
My internet went doew over a week ago i have been trying to call every time i call im on the line for over an hour with no answers i finally smoke to someone on friday 5/3/19 and after a 2 hour phone call was told that someone would be out to fix it on Monday 5/6/19 no one ever showed up and after being on the phone for over an hour agen i was hung up on and never spoke to anyone
South since the beginning of the time that I have received frontier internet broadband I have not had a full day of service it's always been down from approximately 7 p.m. until 9 p.m. they say it's because of the overload of customers well then why should we as customers pay for services not rendered I'm complaining to you for the lack of communications and attempts to fix the problem which none have been made I as a customer and very upset and very very disappointed in the service offered by this communication company I am asking for a refund of all the monies sent to them since I have acquired their services because I have not been able to use their services cuz it don't work
