Christiana(Christy} had inherited a house and 3 plots that could not be sold until improvements were made. I agreed to help pay for the improvements, if they would split 3 ways the proceeds once the house was sold. it cost about 10000$ to get the house in shape to sell. then to sell it had to be registered 4800$, then George got involved. 6800$ for something else and then 125,00$ for homeland security. the payment of 2.5 million$ needed 36000$ for taxes and fees. then nothing.
