Unresolved will take your money and never send product

I received email confirming order - product never arrived - telephoned they said it will be here soon. waited well beyond 6 weeks - 8 weeks after order asked for refund - 10 weeks after order called again - they "had a system error and could not process refund" - they will NEVER send customer service emails only the original order....they NEVER CALL BACK - get the runaround every time you call!! In the end - NO PRODUCT ARRIVED - NO REFUND GIVEN - THEREFORE THIS IS THIEVERY!!!!

On the Facebook video, on the seller site and on the order receipt, the image is from a nice light-saber whit all the features that the best saber have.wen i receive the package at home the saber is crappy on made by plastic and with nothing that the announcement say.

Misrepresented product and unauthorized charge!

I bought a hair straightener from them upon seeing a video and several (fake I reckon) positive reviews, which was later taken down. I did received the electronic straightener in the end, but in a torn envelope (I expected a box!) and shipped from China. The only other item in the torn envelope was a small (B5?) crumpled piece of paper, fully in Malay language!? It was zero information for me. In any case the total word count is less than a 100 anyway. I went to google the item brand name and found that it is sold in Malaysia for 1/3 of what I paid for. I went back and check the video again and found that they were using the ad of a totally different brand straightening brush which is a lot pricier. Of course the brush didn't work like in the video. As if I don't feel cheated enough a month later I found they charge me 8.99 pounds for no reason! After writing to them here is what they reply > "you agreed to be enrolled in exclusive monthly membership program which provides you with a log in code via email that allows you to purchase a variety of great products at an amazing value." That's a complete lie! The only invoice I receive was one for the product and shipment, nothing else. I always make sure I opt out any newsletter and I don't even know what other products they offer. Who will pay 8.99 pounds monthly for a 19.85 pounds hair brush which he/she doesn't even how satisfactory it would be!? I wish I could do more to escalate!

This company advertised their products in Facebook. I ordered and paid for this product in October 2017. The email confirmation I received from them informed me that delivery would be 5- 8 weeks. It is now January 2018 and I still have not received my items. I have emailed them so many times and the answer I got was that "my order is already being processed for shipment." I sent two emails in a span of two months and this is the same reply.

How long does it take to process an order for shipment?

I sent another email requesting for a cancellation and refund in December and their reply was "we are sorry that you want to cancel your order. Our orders are processed as soon as they are placed." Really???

and..the email went on to say that "we would like to offer you a 25% refund on your original purchase that'll allow you to keep the product, no need for return."

To-date I am still waiting for my order. It is now January 2018. The last email I received from them had a "noreply" email address.

I made a purchase from website 4 months ago, and after the purchase it took me whole one month to receive my items which are crap in terms of quality. After this, they kept deducting 8.99 USD out of my account every single month. I have made only one transaction with them, and other three transactions were made by them without my authorization. Cheat company, and it's not worth doing business with them. If you do, I can assure you that you will be writing the similar review after two or three month. Be safe, shop scam free :-)
