I ordered a robot cleaner and they send me a toy. There were advertising capabilities of cleaning the entire house, and special cleaning rods and what I received was a toy with 4 AA batteries that has none of the features advertised. It just moves like a toy

I ordered a robot cleaner and they sent me what appears to be toy. Since it couldn’t vacuum or track around my house like other robot vacuums do I figured maybe my cat would like it but no. There were advertising capabilities of cleaning an entire house. Maybe a tiny area since it only moves randomly and uses 4 AA batteries that has none of the features advertised. It just moves like a toy - rediculous scam from China. No instructions either.

horrible, horrible customer service and product. This is nothing as indicated on the video. I request to return it and receive my money back. I did this through emails and received an offer of 20% refund then a 50% refund. I want all my money back. They refused to do so. DO NOT DO any business with Great Price. Horrible product and very cheap, Like a toy. i had to physically call them. They never responded to the emails asking for a full refund.

My product was faulty . It nearly caught my hair on fire as it sparked when I tried to use it!! I contacted them about the problem... they wanted to send me another one & half price!! I wanted a full refund plus a refund of of $8.99 for the supposed "membership" I never agreed to. I have sent emails & made 4-5 calls & now it's been two months since I was promised my 1/2 price refund plus a refund for the $8.99. I plan to contact my bank & the BBB & see what they can do . DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS CHEAP SCAM ARTIST
