I ordered a IROBOT from these people and when I got it, it did not work. I emailed them about it and they emailed me back saying they had sent my email to corporate. I waited & waited and no response. I called them 3 times and 2 of those times they said they would send me another one. After waiting a long time I called them back and she refunded me only half the money. She would not give me a full refund. This company is a TOTAL RIPOFF!!!

So we bought the irobot thinking it would be an actual product we can use. We receive a plastic trash a third grader could have created as a science project. On top of that they charge you an 8.99 membership you do not ask to sign up for to buy their crappy products.

So on their site they had star wars lightsabers of a decent quality. Kind of like the black series fx ones. Obviously they weren't the same and I understood that. They had the long neon tube with the metal hilt that had lights and sounds just like the movies. They had pictures and even a video, including a quote from one of the characters. So why not right? Took over two months to get, once arrived I was looking for a massive package because I already owned a black series from Disney and I know what to look for. Nope not at all what they sent me. It was a cheap Chinese plastic thing. Had the mold from Darth Vaders saber ( which wasn't what was advised ) and a pop out blade. Not at all what I saw. Then to make matters worse, the sound that came out of this thing was a sword sound. Nota saber sound at all. The lights in the blade was so bad that it wouldn't even light a darken room. The hilt was made with two different colors of grey. I have all the pics from their site to prove it. So I contacted them and after weeks of harrassment I finally got a full refund. Then I contacted Disney and told them that this site was selling these sabers that actually had the Disney star wars packaging that you would get on some of their cheaper sabers for kids. Disney actually gave me a 50$ gift card to get one at their Disney store. The saber was for my 8 year old that cried when she saw that piece of crap. So she now has a official Disney licensed saber. Great had removed the add since my encounter. Disney must have contacted them lol. Good. So don't ever by anything from these guys. Scam artists.

I ordered something from them back in Jan/2018. Its July/2018 I still do not have my stuff. i have written to them about 6 times & they keep saying it's on its way, it's on its way. And to verify my home address each time, each single time was verified to be the current address. The last time was back in May/2018 and it was being shipped to me. How?? Did someone walk it over from there warehouse overseas. So frustrating. I requested a full money back & they said only 20% of refund can be given since it is on its way. I do not ever want to hear from this company and would rather pay full price for items instead of buying from unknowns.
