I made a purchase, PayPal approved it and charged my bank account. After confirmation email from the merchant, I've heard absolutely nothing. Days later I get a shipping notice from PayPal that the product was shipped. According to UPS, the package was already delivered but it was not. Also, the weight of the package was 2 pounds for an item that weighed over 15 pounds. FAKE FAKE FAKE FAKE. Do not order from this site. I filed a report with the FBI at IC3.gov and should anyone else who dealt with this company so it can get shut down.

Placed an order, paid via Paypal and even got a receipt to my email. About ten days later, I sent several emails about the status of my order and all the emails i sent came back as Undeliverable; which means that the email addresses are not real. Then, I called the phone number that is listed on their website and the phone is a Google phone which no one answered and only asked me to leave a message. I left a voice message with my name and order number and asked them to provide me with a status. A couple of days later, the shipment information was updated in Paypal with a tracking number that is to UPS but the delivery address only points to the city and nothing else. There is no name, no street address and no zip code on the tracking information.
I escalated the problem with Paypal and they claimed ruled with the seller because the seller provided the tracking number. Again, the tracking information doesn't show that it was in fact delivered to me or my address. Finally, I contacted my credit card and disputed the charges. I hope that this one gets resolve on my favor. This is so weird that Paypal is not picking up on this scam?:

I ordered a sewing machine from them, and you know the rest, but what you may not know is UPS can help. I hope.
I reach out to highshopping.net and they did not respond to me, so I contacted Paypal. they in turn contacted Highshopping who gave them a UPS tracking number. The tracking number stated it was to be delivered today. When I received an email from UPS stating it was delivered and I have no package, and it was signed for by a Randy, (no Randy here), I called UPS. UPS is aware of what they are doing and are trying to stop it. You can prove to Paypal the package was not delivered to you. Go the UPS.com click on the customer service box, (upper right corner) then select help and support center, scroll down to contact options and click sell all contact options, scroll down about midway and click on email UPS, enter your information, category - tracking, topic - reference number, receiver, click next and enter additional information. Question or comment enter your name and address and ask UPS to verify if the package was delivered to you and your address.
This is where I am now, UPS will send an email stating it was not delivered to my address and I can provide that to Paypal.
I will take someone suggestion and report it to the government page.
I'll keep you posted, if I can
Good luck.

Highshopping.net is a SCAM - reported to IC3.gov

My report to FBI Internet Crime Center (IC3.com):
On 6/8/2020 My husband & I purchased a Cricut Maker machine for $288.85 from a website, Highshopping.net.
https://highshopping.net
Prior to ordering, I looked up this site and saw no scam warnings at all. They asked for payment to be made via PayPal, gave a PayPal transaction number & sent a shipping notice with a UPS tracking number that appeared valid & linked to the actual UPS site. According to the scammer’s shipping notice - which appeared to have been sent by PayPal, the package was supposed to have been delivered June 16, 2020- but was not. Also the Shipping weight said it was 1.5 lbs, but the machine weighs 15lbs +. It says it was shipped UPS 2nd Day Air, which would have been very expensive and didn’t seem right. I had an uneasy feeling about this because the site was called Highshopping.net, but the payment was made to Xuan Son, [email protected] I clicked on the supposed PayPal Transaction number, and it doesn’t exist.
I tried the order tracking on the website - which is still active - but the page does not exist. We contacted UPS, and they said the tracking number we were given was for a different name & address than ours, which was correctly listed on the “PayPal” shipping notice.I tried contacting PayPal, but because the transaction number doesn’t exist, they can’t do anything & told me to file a report here.Yesterday, I searched highshopping.net + scam again, and this time, scam reports showed up & the stories are all very similar, and all recent in the last 1-2 weeks.
https://reportscam.com/highshoppingnet
It’s possible that they are impersonating PayPal because the only order receipt I got was the one with wrong information, and PayPal usually sends more than one notice.
I am disputing the charge with my bank, but it seems very likely that this is an organized scam where the website will disappear once too many people start reporting it. The Who Is data is set to private, so I can’t see who the site is registered to, zbut it does say that it was opened in Nov. 2019. I am also suspicious that the address & phone number listed on the site don’t actually belong to this company - it seems that everything is fake about this.
Please look into this - I don’t know how many people will be affected, but it is most definitely a scam.
I took screenshots of the website in case it gets taken down, my husband has a screenshot of the payment confirmation when we first bought the item, and I have the email sent to me.

Same thing as the others are reporting. I ordered a sewing machine and they give you a fake tracking number. Says the weight of the product was .7 pounds. It's a sewing machine it weighs more like 20 to 30 pounds. Paypal won't investigate because it says the order was shipped. Totally out of money on this. Pissed. Don't order from them.
