Ordered boots off Pinterest ad

I ordered 3 pairs of fashionable boots to one. My card was charged right away and no boots were ever sent. Only a “confirmation” email to f purchase and that I would be sent a status update once my order was processed.

We I emailed a week later they replied they were still processing it.

It’s been 3 weeks and still no boots and now they won’t redpond to my emails. No other contact info to be found anywhere either. Email was a generic letter which was another red flag to me.

I ordered a sweater and a pair of boots from Jellynova. After 3 weeks, I sent an email because I had not received a notification of shipment yet, Received canned email response "shipment is being processed". 3 days later received an email that the sweater was out of stock; they will process refund. 10 more days go by - no boots, no refund. I emailed again telling them to cancel and refund entire order - received same canned response.

I ordered 2 pairs of boots and got a confirmation email. Charged my credit card. Said they'd let me know when shipped. That was Oct 28th. Never heard from then again. No reply to any of my 4 inquires. Total scam.

I ordered boots as a Xmas gift. I received, as someone else said, a confirmation email. Received nothing for weeks. I tried to find contact info on their website - wasn't easy, no way to call them.
Never heard back. The shoes finally arrived 6 weeks after ordering. They didn't fit and weren't as cool as they looked. Emailed again to find out how to return them. It took a while but, they responded, and here's where the scam comes in - you can return them but you have to pay the return shipping to China and you will get a less than 50% return on what you paid. And...it will take up to six months...due to the "slow boat to China". So, you could be out more $$ than what you paid to begin with. I'm looking for a friend who can wear them.

I ordered 1 pair of black sandals, paid for them on my debt. Received a confirmation email and nothing else. Apparently other customers had the same problem.What can you do to stop this fraud and get us our money back? Roberta Nuttall
