Same as all the other complaints I read. Never sent the merchandise, Overcharged my credit card. Automated emails every time I contact them. Website now closed down and still can't be opened. Someone from their customer service still answers but only put you off to shut you up. I usually know if a website is bogus or if my stuff is coming on a slow boat from China, but the first website seemed legit and I didn't check close enough. They said they would refund what I was overcharged but did not. I closed the credit card out to prevent any more charges. I tried to use a Visa, but they would only take Mastercard, The number of items on my order went from 19 to 198 after the order was supposed to be on the ship to come here. Shortly after the tracking said that merchandise had arrived in the US, the website was closed down. Their customer service told me how they ship with a certain company and etc...... Just a bunch of crap. I saw their same merchandise offered again but then that advertisement disappeared. It was on Facebook also.

I bought 3 items checked out came out to 18.22. 2 days later I received an email with an order of 17 items that total of 198.88 I've called I get nothing. I've sent various emails and nothing. Now my credit card has been charged and I have no way of getting back my money.

I ordered some toys that were $27.42 on nov. 11 2018 and was charged 146.26 the next day. I emailed the customer service and they said that they would refund my money but never did and I never received the items I ordered either.

order the toys never received anything and always the same reply back when i email them. Now there is no longer a web site. My credit card company is working on it for me
