Failure to pay funds deposited

I recently decided to use Kroger's 1-2-3 rewards card as my payroll card due to the fact that my job only pays through direct deposit... My payroll department deposited 406.31 into my account on Wednesday night 10/26/2016. Finally Friday 10/28/16 when I realized my funds weren't available I called the card and spoke with a member of customer service who then told me it takes 3 business days after the funds are deposited to receive the funds. Here it is five business days later and they are still telling me the same thing. Try again in 24hrs. They constantly tell me this every 24hrs I call. I never received any of my funds. They claim it doesn't show that anything was deposited into my account. But my check stub says it has been deposited on the 26th. Please I encourage you all to never use this company's card.
