I have been scammed by cash factory usa. Andrew phillips

Andrew Phillips from cash factory took all my financial information. I applied for $5000 loan. He said my credit score was low in order for him to send my approved loan amount of $5000 he needs to deposit a test deposit thru my bank in the amount of $745. I have to transfer that money thru moneygram the next day at 8am.pst by the name of Julio Alberto vasquez in the amount of $700. I did what he told me and spoke with him again to wait while my funds is in process after almost 2 hours he replied and said my ach is still low and he needs to transfer another money thru my account in the amount of $960. After I heard that I already knew it was a scam. I confronted him about his wrong doing he said to trust him on this because he needs his commission. I called money gram and chase Bank to report the problem.

I applied for a loan on the internet. A man called me and said I had approved for the loan. I needed to send $200.00 as a guarantee, by moneygram to Keene TX. He called back and said that was the wrong person and wrong amount. $227.00 needed to be sent to Paul Allen Wilkes, So. Carolina. Called again and said FDIC required insurance on the loan and they needed $200. more for that.Send moneygram to Kenneth F. Miller, Penndel, PA. Called back said wrong person, wrong place, send it to Demyan Bunin Chicago, IL. Then they called and said IRS flag me because I had not filed my income tax for 2015 I told them IRS did not work that way, that I also until 4/15 to file my taxes, That we scamming me. They called back and said the Federal Credit Union flagged me because I owed them $950.00. I told them I had never heard of the Federal Credit Union and owed them nothing . The had another man call and say he was with the credit Union and I needed to send them another 200.00 and would release my loan He said I couldn't call him on that line. I told him they would get no more money from me and I wanted my $260.00 back and would call the FBI and file a complaint. I said to cancel my application that I wanted nothing more to do with them. I was told they would charge me for cancelling my loan app. The last thing I said was "Don't threaten me"

On January 27, 2016 @11:06 AM I received a call from David Johnson from cash advance America asking if I'm still seeking a loan & that I'm approved for a loan up to $5,000.00. January 28, 2016 roughly 14:01 David called instructing me to go to Walmart & purchase a One Vanilla card for $169.99 for the fee. Around 15:34 another call from David instructing me to repeat One Vanilla for $136.00 for the FDIC to cover my loan because my credit score is under 690. By 15:33 another problem, cash advance the company cannot complete the direct deposit due to federal regulations. Get another one vanilla card for $156.00 to cover the charges for cash advance to send my loan amount and refunds I've given via Walmart money gram. Approximately 16:41 David called saying "Ms Barbara, GOOD NEWS" the direct deposit will go threw & will be in my Wells Fargo account between 7-8:00 AM Saturday. Monday morning a little after 10 AM David called asking if the funds are in my account. I told him NO. He said "let me go talk to my accounting department & I'll call you back". In less than an hour David called back, due to my low credit score the accounting department says they can fix my credit score to reflect a better number then the government will allow the funds to be deposited. One Vanilla card for $178.99 needed. Within a few minutes David calls after he got the numbers from the card from me saying the amount was wrong, it was supposed to be $179.99. I said well since they cannot except the $178.99 the funds are still on the card, I'll retrieve those funds, add $1.00, repurchase for $179.99. What I haven't mentioned David would stay on the line with me as I go through every transaction. Each time I would confirm the amount with David as I'm telling the cashier the amount to put on the card. I'd say $169.99 or $136.00 even $156.00 & of-course $178.99 "right David?" and he would confirm. Now that my fixed income amount is down $640.98 & David has convinced me that I have NOTHING to worry about because my money is ready to be sent I know it'll finally be over and my problems solved. No such righteousness excess in the con world. February 2, 2016 one vanilla cards for $178.99 + $179.99 got added to the fraud. No money, no money Tuesday but I called One Vanilla customer service, explained what has been happening. The representative of One Vanilla said "clearly this is a fraud and because this loan company got these funds from me falsely, dispute forms can be filed, the sooner the better. By the way, while I was talking to the rep of one vanilla, David Johnson, from cash advance America called requesting me to send the one vanilla cards & my original receipts to: 8005 West River Road, New York City, NY 10023. I did NOT send those cards nor my receipts anywhere. I feel as though that was a ploy to clear any paper trail. Wednesday, February 3, 2016 as soon as I parked at the Williamstown Police Department, David called. This time the accounting department for cash advance America will have to send the funds via Walmart money gram. Due to Walmarts policy people can only send funds in increments of $5.-$1,000.00 at a time therefore the fee of $19.75 for 6 money grams equaling $118.50 would have to be paid. I got that last card after I filed my complaint for this nightmare with cash advance America. I explained to David that I'm going out on faith (stupid as it is) spending this traffic ticket money with hopes of getting my money. He said "not to worry Ms Barbara you will get your money 20-25 minuets after the card information is given to him. When I get to the register, I say $118.50 to David & say correct & he says $133.50 there is the $15.00 tax charge, we've got to pay the government tax fees after all Ms Barbara. To the cashier I say $133.50, I repeat it with right David spelling out one one eight point five zero. He says yes, Ms Barbara. After he gets the numbers he tells me to go home & wait for him to call me with the transaction numbers needed to collect the money grams from Walmart. I reminded him he told me it would only take 20-25 minutes after he got the one vanilla numbers. I told him I'll wait there since I'm already in Walmart. He said well if you think so. He then promised he'd call me within 1/2 of a hour. I called him 42 minutes later. He answered & said Ms Barbara I'm still working on the submission to go online. I knew then I'd been had. After waiting for more time I called his number & got no answer. That was it then. I got another call from David Thursday, February 4th now saying that the direct deposit yes direct deposit cannot be made due to a bill owed to the IRS in the amount of $440.00. I haven't filed a tax return since 2002. I last worked in 2001. My income was not large enough to owe taxes. I explained this to David and he insisted that his manager says Cash Advance America will pay $220.00 on my behalf but I must send the remaining $220.00 via a One Vanilla card at that time once they receive the card information my funds will be sent. I asked what happened to the two cards I've already sent paying the fees for Walmart money grams? I never got a clear explanation as to why I've paid $156.00 and $133.50 for the funds to be sent. What he, David, did try to say was none of that matters because I will receive all the funds I've paid back. After the IRS subject didn't produce a new one vanilla card all discussions ended for that day. Today while at the desk of the Wells Fargo customer service representative I received a call from David Johnson with my remaining only three alternatives to #1 get the loan plus my refund for monies paid I must get a Walmart money card with $250. deposited to show the federal government that this card is my card and the loan plus refund will be put on the card by cash advance America #2 get a Walmart money card with $135.00 for the loan and refund of money paid #3 a Walmart money card with $125.00 to cancel the loan request and get my refund. I asked him if someone there is on drugs. All this is no longer making any sense even though I had already reached the no sense when the $178.99 that the cash advance accounting department could not take (but when I checked the balance of that card- it was $0.00). I must also add that I've asked to speak to David Johnson's manager at least two times on Friday, January 29, 2016. I had asked no less than 4 times to speak to an accounting department official between Monday, February 1 & Tuesday, February 2, 2016. I hope I've explained my situation in this letter. I'm open to any & all questions related to what has happened. Thank you for your time.

I was scammed by Robert Bruce

I had applied for a loan modification with BB&T so this Robert Bruce called and said he was with BB&T and that I qualified for the Obama Harp program and that my interest rates would be 2.25% instead of the 4.0% that I had and that my payment would drop to 689.37 instead of the 965.00 that I was paying that I needed to send a money of 900.00 by the end of January and that my new payment would start in March so I sent it to Sulphur Springs Texas 75482 Reference # is 20179496 now so I sent it by money gram like I was told now I find out that was not true and he doesn't work for BB&T.

They claim you took out a payday loan many years prior and they will take you to court if not paid. They claim you owe more but will settle for less. Can't give any proof of address etc. Say it's confidential.
