I purchased a blanket. It arrived 2 months later from China. It was completely different than the picture or description, and was supposed come from USA. I called them and nobody ever answers the phone and can’t leave message. Finally someone answered my email and authorized the return. I mailed the blanket back a couple of months ago. I have not received a refund and they will not respond to my specific inquiry about my refund. The email me back saying “sorry for the inconvenience. Thank you for you patience.” This company is a total scam.

Large knit Blanket

I ordered the large blanket on Dec 5, it is April 24 and it was supppsedly shipped back to them. We have communicated through multiple e-mails at which my blanket was going through customs in Miami in the middle of Feb. I finally said I would like a refund and it has been 2 weeks and my emails say they have forwarded my request to their supervisor. I have kept every email both parties have sent. It’s a scam!! Do not order from here!! I’ve learned a valuable lesson! Shop local!!! Such a disappointment!

I ordered 3 blankets on 12/11/17 but did not receive them for 2-3 months! 2 of the blankets had unfinished ends and were such inferior quality that I could not give them as gifts or use them myself. Tried to get refunds but was told they have a 15 day return policy and that is ONLY if I ship the blankets back to them in China-completely cost prohibitive. They are a SCAM!

Ordered a blanket by Loosely on November 30 2017. A company called Elizeta took out the money on December 4, 2017. The blanket arrived January 3, 2018, very dissatisfied, which I was told it would be here by December 21. The blanket is complete JUNK. It looks like something you would make a halloween spider web out of. Jumped through all their hoops to return the package. It cost just as much to return it to Korea as the blanket costs. They have been telling me over and over and over they refunded and to call my bank through their emails that takes days and sometimes weeks to get back with me. They sent me this refund ticket, but it doesn't tell where they refunded the account to because they have not. I called my bank and they said their is NO money that has been refunded. I have called all of the numbers they tell you to call and either no one answers, or if someone does finally answer, they put you on hold to check out the emails and then get disconnected. They are impossible. I am reporting them to the fraud division. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Loosely has stolen my money

Until today they send me mails

These are my complaints that i send to them (Thu, Dec 21 2017):

"1. Did not I receive the complete order. The large ceiling in 2x2m is missing!
2. The color of the two supplied blankets 1.2x1.5m is light blue instead of dark gray.
3. The fabric is fuzzy and not wool but synthetic fiber
4. The processing is miserable. The ceiling threatens to fall apart under the least strain.
5. The ends of the threads are loosely inserted.
6. The price of the material and workmanship offered is absolutely inappropriate.
7. The material is floppy, thin and fuzzy. It has nothing to do with what you show on your website."

I returned the package immediately and also paid 50EUR for a delivery to china.

Until today their mails are only delaying tactics. 3 Month later and nothing happened. This is absolutely fraudulent.
