I get several calls a day in the evening; one after the other til very late at night. I answered one and the voice was garbled. I think a computer is calling as it took a few seconds to hear someone's voice. It is harassment pure and simple.

I have had the company call at least 20 times a day and every number is different. It's our business number so at least I don't get called at home. I don't even answer the phone anymore. Did once and there was no one there. Very annoying throughout the whole day. It's impossible to block this Co because they have so many numbers. They need to get a life...

THESE PEOPLE CALL ME MULTIPLE TIMES EACH DAY FROM EARLY MORNING TO LATE AT NIGHT. WHEN I ANSWER THERE IS NO ONE THERE. I HAVE TRIED TO BLOCK THEIR CALLS, REPORTED THEM ALL TO NO AVAIL. WHAT CAN I DO? I HAVE THEIR "PHONE" NUMBER BUT THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. SO, THEIR WHOLE IDEA IS JUST TO ANNOY ME AND MAKE ME ANGRY. WELL, IT IS WORKING QUITE WELL. HOWEVER, MY SON IS A LOCAL ATTORNEY, SO I WILL SEE WHAT HE CAN DO TO STOP THIS NONSENSE!!

We keep getting calls all hours of the night, after we have already went to bed and are asleep. I got 3 in a row last night and told them do not call me anymore and remove me from your call list. I got another call and told her the same thing and just hung up the phone. It is very annoying and my husband and I both have health problems. I want this to stop NOW! They just kept talking over me, I could not get a work in edgewise. I just had to hang up the phone.

Medical Fraud

A man named David Martinez claimed he was from the Medical Service Group and this call is regarding the pain or dry skin that I was experiencing. The reason he called was he stated my health insurance wanted to give me a topical cream or solution that needed to be approved by my doctor first. He said this type of medication was non-narcotic. He asked where my pain was located, where did it bother me most. If I was taking pills it would only do damage to my internal organs and damage my liver and kidneys. Before they send this medication out, the pharmacy will send a prescription request to my doctor first, so my doctor can adjust, check or manage the prescription to the level of pain that I was experiencing. He told me this call was being recorded for management and training purposes. He then asked me if I was living at: ***** and proceeded to tell me my address and phone number. He said we will also send you something to your email in black and white so you can read it. He had my email address also! Then he spelled out my first and last name. He wanted to know my birthdate. And if I was currently receiving Medicare or on private or regular insurance? He asked me if I was on disability? He wanted to know the last four numbers of my Social Security number and also wanted me to provide him with the name of my doctor who can sign the prescription for my topical pain medication. Is this the doctor at Access Healthcare? He wanted me to spell out my doctor's name for him, and he already knew his office address and phone number. He told me this medication will not be coming from my current pharmacy. He asked me if I'm experiencing dry skin or have diabetes and told me one the pharmacies in the network will contact my doctor. I was told that this prevention benefit was being given to me according to my insurance. Deductibles or co-payments might still apply. The pharmacy would then contact my doctor and send a prescription for this topical medication on my behalf. The pharmacy will give me a confirmation call before sending me anything. And once the pharmacy receives the prescription from my doctor the pharmacy will then submit the payment to my insurance company. He told me I would be contacted prior to shipment and then my order would be shipped. The pharmacy would call and remind me when the prescription needs to be refilled. Once I received my order the pharmacy would contact me to remind me to refill. He said to me we do not automatically ship refills and he was going to submit this order. He told me all we ask that with this prescription I should confirm that I had spoken to him and then my order would be shipped by UPS. We ask, he stated, if your doctor contacts you, confirm that you have spoken to us. And he hung up.
