I ordered an HDCube from them as a Christmas gift at the beginning of November '18, and still have not received it. They keep sending me a tracking # for a package which supposedly arrived in San Francisco Nov. 19th. They refuse to replace the "lost" package, or refund my $120!
It is my opinion this company is a scam!!!

I ordered a blade 720 drone with a 720p HD video upgrade on December 22, 2018. They sent me a tracking number but I’ve never received anything. I have corresponded with them several times and get the run around. They said they couldn’t issue a refund until 60 days passed. The tracking info ends at U. S. customs. People like this are criminals. They refused to send another to replace the lost one since I couldn’t get a refund. We’ll see what happens on February 22, 2019. That’s 60 days.

Big scam don't order anything from this company

Ordered 3 ecofuel units for the price of 5 on January 14, 2019 and still has not been received. Have called the 24 hour support line a total of 19 times got a message that says "no agents available at this time we will get back to you and the line hangs up". No voice mail capabilities. Sent an email no response for 5 days then was told they are looking into it and will get back to me in 24-48 hours. & days later 6 emails and another 14 calls no response. here is the response i finally got

Bought a heat buddy

When the heat buddy arrived it was in a thin plastic bag and was crushed. I took pictures be of how it arrived and returned it to the post office.
I then contacted their support who told me they needed pictures of the damage. So I sent them. Then they said they needed an RMA number to give me my money back but since I didn't keep the package I couldn't give them one.

We purchased an antenna that was supposed to be able to pick up any TV signal for a 50 km radius. It arrived damaged in a flimsy bubble envelope. There so called support services should be called "no refunds" We sent photos explaining and they sent replies that simply werent relavent. They said send it back to China & we'll decide, postage cost for this item to go back to China tracked is $69 (as well they know). They have been completely obstructive about issuing a perfectly legitimate refund. PS; We live about 3km from a major transmitting mast for our area, this piece of junk couldn't pick up 1 single channel. This company is run by crooks that need to be locked up. I encourage everyone affected by these theives to pester them forever as i will be.

According to the attached invoice, I made a purchase of a black ULTRAWATCH-Z worth CO $ 323,999 (US $ 104) but I received a much lower value VIBE 3 zeblaze (US $ 17) See invoice and photo of the received attachments.

I received, on March 13, a packet of you that contains a different watch, a zebeze VIBE 3 Blue, item of lesser value, (US $ 17.2 including shipping) see the price in the following link:
Faced with the difficulty of returning the item because you do not have a courier service for it and as a person I find it very expensive, I request one of the following alternatives:
1- CHANGE the article by the CORRECT (UltraWatch-Z BLACK), at all costs by you or,
2- REIMBURSE the difference between the US $ 104 that I paid and the US $ 17 that the received clock costs (zeblaze VIBE 3)
