A scammer called stating he was from Microsoft. I proceeded to tell him I didn’t have a computer. He told me “f***’ you. I replied excuse me. He then repeated the same word twice more. I hung up

I keep getting scam calls from this number

I have not given out any information. But I keep getting cellphne calls by this number, with a robocaller stating that I will have $599.00 taken from my account today unless I click on "1" to cancel a Microsoft app or something like that. I click on "1" and am directed to a man with a heavy Indian accent who denies being a scammer and gives some nonsense explanation that I can't understand, so I tell them to stop calling me, then I hang up.

Wish I had saved every number we have gotten from fake Microsoft. My husband fell for it several times, but stopped short when they asked for money. We have even had our computer blocked several times and he has called the number. They have called twice today - I was able to get one number - 585-304-8226. How can we stop this? My husband has memory problems and they are preying on him. PLEASE HELP US!

Spoofing

Starting 5/28/19 I received calls from my own phone number. These calls went on all day and into the night. Today, 5/29/19 I am still receiving calls from my own phone number but now the calls coming in shown my full name. This has got to STOP!! I called Frontier, my phone company and was told that they can do nothing. I called the FCC and was told they could not take my complaint and that I had to file a report online. This is unexceptionable not only to me but to our country.

Microsoft contract expiration

I have a lady recorded call 4 times some days stating that Microsoft contract was being terminated in 48 hours, This happens ever 6 weeks or so. The problem is the call is now coming through with our account name and home phone, not email or cel. We have Life Lock and usually they will call and email if they detect any problem.
