Hi, in the past few weeks, we’ve been receiving phone calls shows our own phone number saying “this is Microsoft, and your license is expire, to avoid interruption of your service, please call such number. We tried to block the caller but it’s impossible to do so because it shows our own phone number on the caller log. We’ve reached out to our phone provider Spectrum and they couldn’t find out who the caller is either. It’s really ignoring because they call so many times in a day for the past few weeks. Please investigate.

Thank you.

I was reading the news when SECURITY ALERT from MICROSOFT EDGE popped up and blocked the key pad. A number to call, and two boxes for e-mail adr. and pass word. I called the given number. The person I talked to had a heavy accent, and told me he was a Microsoft technician. When I asked for his Microsoft employment number he got very upset. I then ended the call.
