I received a phone call indicating that it was from Microsoft, and that my computer would be blocked and locked up. Microsoft does not call. I would have to call them. I called Staples, where I purchased my system and they advised I let you know. The phone call came from 443-341-9132. I also received a call from 718-785-3451 which said my tech support had expired and they were going to debit my account for $399.00. ( this has not happened yet).

My grandmother got a call this morning and they left a message. The number on the caller i.d. said it was Wells Fargo. The message they left said her security license was about to expire and if she didnt respond by the end of the day they would have taken 300 out of her account automatically. When she called they said that they were Microsoft and the security license was for her computer.
I received a phone call on my land phone. 5**** The caller ID was my name B****, my phone number. I didn't answer it on purpose. left a Message. This Microsoft. We have been attempting to get a hold of you. We will be disconnecting your licence within 48 hours. You IP address has been compromised in several countries. Press 1 to change you IP address. Then hung up. No phone #. If I didn't have caller ID I would not have known they were using my name and phone number for ID. That scared me. I reported it to AT&T they told me to report it to you.
Received an email from microsoft support subject: bill **9 & 3***79 informing me that my service had been upgraded from domestic to commercial and the monthly cost is $921. All (972) 774-5228 to dispute this change, once the money has been paid, there is no refund. I called the number with anonymous number, the man who answered the phone is the same voice of the man who scammed me out of $50.000. I am a 79 year old 100% disabled vietnam veteran. I am getting no help from the police, fbi or the attorney. Please help!!!
They have been calling twice a day some days and once a day the rest of the time. They tell you that they have charged your credit card $399.00 but if you want to cancel the order, they will do that and provide computer support for 1 year for $99.99. I've called them back on numerous times and when I ask them to stop calling they always hang up on me. I would guess they have been doing this for some time because they have been calling for me for 3 to 4 weeks. Good luck shutting them down. Should you have further questions, my phone number is 5********.
