Possible Internet Scam (mieranl.top)

I am a photographer-wannabe and was recently looking for a new camera to upgrade from an older digital camera I had used for quite some time. During my search for a cheap Canon Camera, I came across the website mieranl.top, where they were offering a lens bundle for a Canon Camera for $59.99. I was looking for a camera, so the lenses didn't pull my interest. Later, I came across a different link to the same site offering a Camera "Bundle" (a camera plus a few other accessories) for the Canon EOS Rebel T6 - but the price was WAY wrong. Instead of the Camera being listed in its initial range of $400 to $530 from official distributors of Canon, it was offering the Canon EOS Rebel T6 (plus a bunch of lenses, a carrying bag, a tripod, and other items - a retail value of over $1,000, if I am correct) for only $58.92! I knew that if a price was too good to be true, it probably is, so I was a little more cautious. To gather more information and be sure that it wasn't just a really good deal (which I doubted), I looked through the rest of their site. To my surprise, all of the products listed there were in the $50-$70 range. Even the cheap plastic photo frames (which would normally be a dollar or less at certain stores) that they offered were being sold for $63.76. I even came across a Canon EOS 5D Mark IV bundle for $62.58, a bundle that would normally be valued at over $3000. Canon, Nikon, FujiFilm, and all other companies that mieranl is trying to sell products of do not have them listed on their official distributors lists in any country.
Here is some information that tipped me off as to their site being illegitimate:
1.) Their website's "Shipping Policy" page talks about shipping only to "UK Mainland Addresses", yet according to the "Refund Policy" page, "Our principal place of business is at 3893 Research Park Dr, Ann Arbor, Michigan 48108". If a company's primary place of business is in Michigan, why would they only sell to "UK Mainland Addresses"? This is the exact same question I asked myself while searching their sight for clues. The next item confused me further:
2.) Despite claiming to be in Michigan, the "Contact Us" page states that their contact address is **** South 67th Street, Suite 250, Omaha, Nebraska 68106. Wouldn't they have the same contact address as their primary address?
3.) What pushed me even further to avoid the site is the fact that their phone number, 2563695004, is based in an Alabama area code. Plus, based on further research I conducted of the two business parks they claimed to do business in, there was no mention of "Mieranl" in either of the descriptions about the buildings or business parks in which they claim to be located.
4.) The site claims to be a "home decoration" store, and the first items that appear on the home page are all decoration or themed party products. Their home page only has options for "Accessories Gifts", "Bags & Small Accessories", "Clothing Gifts", and "Jewelry". They make it seem as if the cameras and other electronics that they offer on the site are a "hidden" item - you have to search for them to find them (which I did. I had to look at their sitemap to even figure out the landing page for their "Cameras" section even existed.)
5. All of the items listed on the site are in the $50 to $70 range, even cheap everyday items like paper napkins or plastic photograph frames. The prices are either way too expensive or way too cheap for the items being sold. It does not appear to be bulk package pricing, because they do not mention the quantity or number being shipped.
6. In order to register for an account with Mieranl, you have to input your "Payment Address", "Email", and "Phone". I have never signed up for a site where they ask you for your address right away. Normally, I've had companies ask for that when I am ready to purchase the item and have it shipped to me - not when I am signing up for an account.
7. Mieranl is actually selling the Camera Kits, Lenses, and Accessories at illegal prices. If they were to be selling the genuine product, they would be selling it for the price that Canon or Nikon or Fujifilm or any other camera company would recommend for that product (which, by the way, is at least over $100, not $50 like Mieranl offers). This straightaway points out that they are not official distributors (which I mentioned earlier), and that the cameras/accessories are either imported, cheap replicas, or fakes altogether.

I did not purchase any items from this site for all the reasons listed above.

I was in search for a FlashPoint R2 Pro Mark II transmitter for Canon and came across their site (https://www.mieranl.top/flashpoint-r2-pro-markii-24ghz-transmitter-for-canon?search=flashpoint). I had previously ordered it through Adorama on sale for $44 on sale (now $69) so I didn't think the price point was crazy and was reasonable. I did a quick search for their website and didn't immediately find anything good or bad so I went forward with the purchase.
After waiting a month I received the package and it contained several masks. Obviously not even close to what I ordered. Did another search and found posts of sites saying to not order with them published shortly after I had made the purchase.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

60 plus days ago I ordered a Hobo brand handbag . I received COVID19 masks (really? I would not purchase COVID masks from China. I contacted Mieranl via email and they contacted Mr. Xiong. I was told that my item would be shipped and I was given a tracking number and told I could track through EMS.delivery.com. I did track the item and it said that it arrived in the city I live in on the 23rd of July. I live in a town with a population of about 28,000, I still have not received my package, I tried to call Mieranl after receiving no repsonse to my emails, the number is no longer in service. These people need to be stopped from doing and their website taken down.
