I checked the site and it was same as Maui Jim. The original site was real maui site. Once I purchased at a small discount rate, the confirmation email showed it was from https://www.mksunglasses.shop/ not the original site. Sure as ever they send something I didnt order that are cheap regular glasses with poor maui Jim imprint in side. No code or anything. They refuses to take them back. Fraud 100%

Wrong Sunglasses sent, No replacement
Jul 10, 2020
Monetary Loss: $98.60
I ordered 2 Maui Jim Sunglasses, from what looked like a MJ website, advertise on FaceBook. The order was for $89.60 USD.
After several emails, and days gone by they sent me an email. But from; www.mksunglasses.shop. not MJ. 30 days after the order they arrived. Both were the wrong design, shape, color. So after contacting some named; Eleanor F. Benedict, I was offered $5 refund and said you can keep them. 2 more emails telling them I want my money back or the correct Sunglasses, they offered $12 refund WTF. So no refund, no correct Sunglasses. And they are cheap knockoffs.
Similar to other recent complaints posted, I was sent the wrong sunglasses, purported to be Maui Jim, and was told by “Eleanor F. Benedict” that they would not pay return shipping for them sending the incorrect order. Stay away, stay far far away.
I ordered two pairs of glasses from this site which was advertising on facebook . They were offered at a discount price. The page looks like an official maui jim site but it is not. They only took paypal as payment which was a big red flag and after paying, I looked on my bank statement and the pay went to china. The glasses took over a month to arrive- Red flag number two. Two things: they sent the wrong pair (both) and they are fakes. I own a real pair of maui jims and it was obvious right out of the fake box, fake case, bad wire rim welds, fake earpieces with no logo or number---the lenses are cheap 15 dollar riteaid ripoffs. After contact via email, I've had no response... they won't respond. Don't use paypal because you don't have any recourse. The red flag was that they accepted nothing but paypal---at least with your credit card you have recourse. Paypal makes you file a claim and you have to have dispute correspondence with the seller--and they never responded to me. Bottom line is they are a Chinese company selling fakes. I guess this isn't illegal anymore in this age. Don't fall for it - $200 glasses cant be sold for 30 to 50% off.

I ordered Maui Jims Ho'Okipa Asian Fit sunglasses on June 2nd. They sent after 3 weeks a cheap pair of sunglasses. I sent emails and my response was they would give 10% credit which is $3.90. I refused the refund and stated I wanted the glasses I originally ordered. They replied they would send my request to the service dept. Not getting a reply from the service dept. I sentcanother email with the same response. I stated that I wanted the sunglasses I orderded again. It is now August 19th and I am still fighting with these people. I will never order from this company again and I suggest you don't either.
