I am being billed, monthly, by this site. I called them several times to find out what this service is and get no answer. Having trouble stopping this. Any help available?

I have had 165.60 taken from my card total and I have no idea who they are. Tried calling several times and they hang up.. please shut these disgusting people down. I am a widow with 3 kids I cant afford this please help!!
